South Vietnamese " Name of Ly Ban " Ranger BDQ Uniforms Rare Size Q5A5. Condition is Used. Shipped with FedEx International Economy. i don't know about patches when i bought it complete with shirt . Silk or woven patches ? i think a real silk patches 

About condition : shirt missed two pocket on the bottom & some duties and some damage place were original paired in Ranger shirt scratches round damage repaired by army tailor and trouser got some duties place & damage Repaired some place . Almost uniforms have been repaired damage since vietnam war or film company made old time ago .
